Hmm!! luv chocolate!



Chocolate has always been my favourite food.It sounds unhealthy, but actually it has lots of benefits for your body.It can lower blood pressure.[2] Dark chocolate has recently been promoted for its health benefits, as it seems to create amount of antioxidants that reduce the formation of free radicals.
We usually heard that chocolate came from the country of love,which is France,but the real fact is that it was not actually from France,it was started from South American.The pure chocolate is made from cocoa.The chocolate at the market is not pure chocolate,it has already combine with sugar.Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. "White chocolate" contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk but no cocoa solids.Chocolate has been used as a gift on Valentine's day,Christmas, Easter and much more.Dark chocolate has also been said to reduce the possibility of a heart attack when consumed regularly in small amounts.Scientist had done some research about how chocolate can release your tension and improve your ability to improve.Last but no least,as the conclusion,there are lots of advantages of chocolate,but to much might lead to badness such as diabetes.So,we have to balance to get a healthy body
